For admissions in Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses, GB Pant University of Agriculture and Technology (GBPUAT) releases the official notification every year. On the basis of an entrance exam known as GBPUAT, admissions will be provided to these courses. The entrance exam is the gateway to admission in various UG and PG courses.

Admission Procedures

Candidates can submit the university’s application form through online mode, for admissions. Aspirants can pay the application fee by Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking/E-Challan. In case of E-Challan the application fee can be paid in any branch of Indian Bank.
Selection Criteria

The candidates are admitted on the basis of an entrance examination conducted by the university. It is mandatory for the candidate to appear for the examination in order to meet the eligibility criteria, failing which the candidature is subjected to cancellation.
The University also accepts JEE/GATE/CMART/JNU Entrance examination scores for various courses offered by them.
The selection procedure is same but they need to appear for ICAR (All India Competitive Examination) and then attend the counselling session for admission and seat allotment.
