Sikkim Common Entrance Test (Sikkim CET) - Updates

Sikkim University is located at Gangtok. It was established in the year 2006. All the Institutes in the state of Sikkim are affiliated with this university. In different departments, such as the Department of Social System and Anthropology, the Department of Peace and Conflict Studies and Management, the Department of International Relations / Politics, and the Department of Microbiology, the university offers numerous undergraduate, postgraduate, certificate, research or more classes. Sikkim University also offers some traditional courses in humanities, forestry, and physical & life sciences along with unique which are not traditional and related to the state including subjects like mountain studies, border studies & hill music ethnic history and culture.

Sikkim CET or Sikkim Common Entrance Test will be conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education Human Resource Development Department, Government of Sikkim to give admission to eligible applicants in M.Phil and Ph.D. programs. In addition, the exam is held once a year at the university level. Candidates who wish to enroll in any of Sikkim University's programs must complete the application form in a timely manner.
