Registration Process
From 2018 onwards, SET - Law test is known as Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT) , SET - Engineering as Symbiosis Engineering Entrance Exam (SITEEE) and SET - General as (SET) registration for these tests are done from the same portal as per the process mentioned below:

Step by step guide for SET 2024 registrations:
Step 1 - Visit the official registration page.

STEP 2: Click on ‘Register’

STEP 3: Once the page appears, fill in the details and click on ‘Save & Continue’

STEP 4: Your registration process is marked complete once you make the final payment.
(Multiple Payment modes are available for online payment)
Please note that the registrations can be done before 12th April (Friday) 2024.
Important Notes:
Register online on the website set-test.org (up to April 12, 2024).
Note: Any Changes in the online application form (except test city preferences and admission category) will be entertained only up to the closing date of Registration i.e. April 12, 2024. No changes shall be permitted after the closing date under any circumstances. No requests for a change of test city or category will be entertained once candidates have completed their Online SET/SLAT/SITEEE 2024 payment.
You may register for up to three tests from SET/SLAT/SITEEE.
Note: For Engineering, if a candidate applies to seek admission based on test other than SITEEE, he/she need not register for SITEEE; rather he/she may apply directly to the concerned institute through the institute website (https://www.sitpune.edu.in/ and https://sitnagpur.edu.in/ ).
Upload your latest scanned colour passport size photo at the time of Online Registration. (Your photograph should not be more than 3 months old).
Ensure that the information you have filled is accurate. Candidates are fully and solely responsible to provide correct information during the application process. If it is found that any information provided by the candidate at the time of filling / submitting the application form is not true, Symbiosis International (Deemed University) has the right to cancel the application or admission, at any stage, in accordance with its rules and regulations. Any direct or indirect attempt to influence the management and employees of the Institute will lead to automatic disqualification of the candidate -
STEP 5: All communication with candidates will be done through the official email address (info@set-test.org) only. Please ensure that this email address is whitelisted in your registered email.
Candidate should note that SET/SLAT/SITEEE 2024 is only the first step. Each Symbiosis institute has its subsequent independent selection process.

The SET-2024 has 3 different tests:- (SET) SET-General, SLAT (SET-Law) and SITEEE (SET-Engineering).

A candidate may appear for upto three tests from among SET / SLAT / SITEEE.

Additional Instructions when filling the SET 2024 application form:
-> Any changes in the online application form (except test city preferences and admission category will be entertained only up to the closing date of registration i.e. April 12, 2024 (Friday)
-> No changes shall be permitted after the closing date under any circumstances. No requests for a change of test city or category will be entertained once candidates have completed their online SET/SLAT/SITEEE 2024 payment.
-> SET/SLAT/SITEEE 2024 will be conducted in an online mode across 76 cities all over India. A candidate may choose three preferences for test cities.
-> Your photograph should not be more than 100 kb. Failing to scan and upload the photo as per the defined guidelines, will result in the cancellation of candidature.
The entrance test registration fee for SLAT/SET- General /SITEEE is INR 2250/- per test. (Non-refundable and non-transferable).
In addition to that you are also expected to pay the programme registration fee of INR 1000/- for each programme that you wish to apply for. (Non-refundable and non-transferable)
For each test that you wish to appear for (SET/SLAT/SITEEE), you are required to pay the entrance test registration fee of INR 1950/- per test.

Payment Through Demand Draft:
Submit a Demand Draft (DD) from any Nationalized Bank in favour of “Symbiosis Test Secretariat” payable at Pune.
Choose the mode of Payment as 'DD Payment' in "Make Payment" Tab. Take a print of the payment advice form, fill in the DD Details, sign and send it along with the DD to the Symbiosis Test Secretariat only at:

It is also mandatory to complete the payment process of desired institute for desired programme(s) before the closing date of payment of the respective programme. Payment towards the programme(s) also needs to be done through the website only (set-test.org).

For disputes between the candidate and the Symbiosis Test Secretariat, the candidate should first send an Email to registrar@siu.edu.in with details about his/her grievance. If the candidate is not satisfied with the decision of the Registrar, he/she can appeal to the Ombudsman of the University. Information regarding the same is available in https://siu.edu.in/student-affairs.php. All disputes between the candidate and STS in this regard are subject to the legal jurisdiction of Pune.

SET/SLAT/SITEEE 2024 Score will be valid only for admission to select programmes of Symbiosis International (Deemed University) for the academic year 2024-25.

Admissions to the select programmes at SIU are strictly based on merit, assessment of individual performance in the respective Entrance Test for Undergraduate Studies and other processes prescribed by the University.
SET/SLAT/SITEEE results will be declared on May 22, 2024 (Wednesday), on the website.
After the declaration of the SET 2024 results, the institute (offering the programme(s) for which you have paid) will conduct further selection processes for short-listed candidates. The schedule for the same will be published on the website of the respective institute(s).
SET/SLAT/SITEEE 2024 score will be valid only for admission to select programmes of Symbiosis International (Deemed University) for the academic year of 2024-25. Admissions to the selected programmes at Symbiosis International (Deemed University) are strictly based on merit, and assessment of individual performance in the respective Entrance Test for Undergraduate Studies prescribed by the University.
After the declaration of the SET 2024 results, the institute (offering the programme(s) for which you have paid) will conduct further selection processes for short-listed candidates. The schedule for the same will be published on the website of the respective institute(s).

Procedure Of Programme Payment
A candidate desirous to submit his candidature to select UG programmes, is also required to complete the payment process of desired programme before the closing date of payment of the same. Payment towards the programmes must be made through the website only (set-test.org). After making the payment for SET/SLAT, proceed to complete the online registration form (Part II) for Programme (s) registration and the respective institute(s). A candidate is required to make separate non-refundable and non-transferable payment of INR 1000/- per programme per institute at this stage.
If candidates want to pay programme payment through Demand Draft, make Demand Draft of INR 1000/- for each programme in the name of “Symbiosis Test Secretariat”.
NOTE -
Even after closing of the payment for SET/SLAT/SITEEE 2024, a candidate may still pay through website till the last date of payment for the programme(s). An institute may offer more than one programme. A candidate should ensure that the preferred programme(s) is / are selected and paid before the last date.
Indian nationals and NRI candidates shall have to apply under SET/SLAT/SITEEE 2024 to seek admission to the select Undergraduate programmes of Symbiosis International (Deemed University).
A student is eligible to apply as a Non Resident Indian (NRI) if he/she has appeared for either 10th or 10+2 (equivalent to the Indian 10th or 12th) examination outside India. It is mandatory for NRI students who have appeared for their 10th standard exam outside India and 12th in India to appear for SET/SLAT/SITEEE as applicable.
However, OCI/ PIO/ Foreign Nationals are exempted from appearing for SET/SLAT/SITEEE 2024 and have to apply through Symbiosis Center for International Education (www.scie.ac.in).
After declaration of the SET/SLAT/SITEEE 2024 result, the institute (offering the programme(s) for which you have paid) will conduct further selection processes for short-listed candidates. The schedule for the same will be published on the website of the respective institute(s).
Any attempt to impersonate or indulge in any malpractice, identified at any stage of the admission process would disqualify the candidate from the admission processes to all UG programmes of Symbiosis International (Deemed University) and may also lead to appropriate legal action as deemed fit.
If candidates want to pay programme payment through Demand Draft, make Demand Draft of INR 1000/- for each programme in the name of “Symbiosis Test Secretariat”.
