1. Applicants are requested to read carefully the rules of eligibility and other instructions given in the prospectus.
2. Candidates with Junior/Senior Research Fellowship sanctioned by National/State level research funding agencies and Project Fellows who have been appointed through duly approved selection process are exempted from appearing for entrance test and interview. Those candidates may directly approach the University Departments/Research Centres in Colleges for admission and need not pay the online registration fee.
3. Candidates who cleared NET/SET/GATE are exempted from appearing for entrance test.
4. Candidates who are pursuing their final year PG Course may also apply for the Common Entrance Examination for Ph.D program. The Pass Certificate will be issued only on production of attested copy of Cumulative Mark Statement ensuring minimum eligible percentage of marks in PG Degree.
5. Selected candidates should submit all original documents/certificates at the time of Interview for verification.
6. Applicants should upload attested Photocopies of SSLC, HSC, UG, PG, and M.Phil Mark Statements, Degree Certificates, Community Certificate, and Certificate of Differently Abled persons along with applications.
7. Candidates who have already cleared the entrance test in 2018 and 2019 may approach the Department concerned for admission till the validity of their eligibility certificates.
8. Filling with any wrong information or suppression of information may result in the rejection of the application.
