KAHER All India Entrance Test For Post Graduate (AIET-PG) - Eligibility Criteria

• Master Of Public Health (All)
Graduate in Medicine , Dentistry, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Pharmacy, Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Nutrition, Life science, Social science, Commerce, Law or any other degree course recognized as equivalent by KLE Academy of Higher Education and Research (KAHER) with a minimum of 50% of the marks (aggregate of three/four years for graduate degree holders) prescribed for the qualifying examination. Degree should have been obtained from any University recognized by UGC, established by law in India and medium of instruction should be English. Preference shall be given to candidates from health sciences.

• Master Of Hospital Administration
Students who have passed any degree course (Science, Law, Commerce) of any approved University with minimum 50% marks in aggregate

• M.Sc (Anatomy, Physiology)
B.Sc (Biological Sciences / Life Sciences)

• M.Sc Biochemistry (Medical)
B.Sc. Chemistry or B.Sc. (Medical Laboratory Technology) or B.Sc (Life Sciences) full time degree in any recognized University

• M.Sc Microbiology (Medical )
B.Sc. (Microbiology) or B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology Course (MLTC) , Candidate with minimum of 50% marks

• M.Sc Perfusion Technology
(a) Direct Entry:
B.Sc (Perfusion Technology / Anesthesia Technology / Cardiac care Technology/ Echocardiography) / MBBS/BAMS/BHMS
(b) Lateral Entry: Science graduate with 10 years’ experience in Perfusion Technology in a recognized hospital.

• M.Sc Echocardiography
B.Sc. Cardiac Technology (B.Sc. Perfusion Technology / B.Sc. Cardiac Anaestheia - Duration of course – 3 years)

• M.Sc in Clinical Research
A graduate in Health sciences [Medicine, Dental, Pharmacy, Nursing, Ayurveda , Homeopathy, Unani ] or Life science graduates [ biotechnology, botany/zoology]

• M.Sc in Biostatistics
Graduates with statistics/mathematics from any recognized university with minimum 50% marks.

• M.Sc. Epidemiology
Graduates from medical and allied health disciplines, including Biostatistics from any recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks.

• M.Sc. Psychology
Candidates who have passed the Three Years BA (with Psychology) / B.Sc. or Graduates from Life Health Sciences from any recognized University.

• M.Sc. Immunology
Candidates must have B.Sc in Physiology, Zoology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology or in any branches of Biology, from any recognised University.

• M.Sc Nutrition & Dietetics
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in Home Science or Nutrition or Dietetics or Food Science or Biology or Microbiology or Clinical Biochemistry or Life Sciences or BNYS (Naturopathy) or BAMS (Ayurveda) or PG Diploma in Dietetics with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

• M.Sc Biotechnology (Belgaum,Hubli) Graduate in Life Sciences from statutory University/Institute with a minimum of 50% marks at graduation level.

• M.Sc. Population Studies
Graduates in any subject with Statistics/ Mathematics or graduates in Health science subjects including Nursing and Pharmacy from any Recognized university from Karnataka or other University with minimum 50 percent marks.

M.Pharm
- Aggregate of 55% marks obtained in Bachelors in Pharmacy or equivalent degree.
-5% relaxation in Minimum eligibility criteria for candidates belonging to reserved category


M.P.T
- 50% and above aggregate marks in BPT from a recognized University

M.Sc Nursing
- 55% and above aggregate marks in B.Sc (Nursing) Basic / Post Basic B.Sc (Nursing)
- Be a registered Nurse.
- Possess at least one year of experience.
- Be Physically fit (Certificate to be issued by Registered Medical Practitioner)
