Cotton Post-Graduate Entrance Examination ( CPGEE ) - Important Notes And Instruction For Online Application Filling

Candidates will be notified through the Cotton University website to upload or email the relevant certificates/ testimonials (scanned copy) in support of their claim along with the soft copies (scanned copy) of the application forms generated through the UG Application Portal of Cotton University to a designated email id after publication of the general merit lists. Certificates/ testimonials, in case of EC quota should not be more than three years old.

In view of the Covid-19 situation the University may not conduct any trials for students seeking admission in EC quota under sports category. Details will be published in the notification mentioned above

A candidate selected under EC quota can be allotted an Honours subject only if her/his Standardized mark (as per the merit list) is within 25% below the cut-off mark in UR category of that particular subject in the regular admission

For an outstanding sportsperson or cultural performer who represented the country in a recognized International event, the condition of cut-off mark in (c) above shall be relaxed. However the maximum number of reserved seats in a particular field will not be increased for inclusion of such a candidate

If a student admitted under EC quota refuses to participate in any sports/ cultural event of her/his proficiency when officially selected to represent Cotton University, then her/his studentship may be terminated/ forfeited. A written undertaking in this regard will have to be submitted by the student
