How to Apply:
For all the courses, the interested candidates can apply for any course at Cluster University in the following way:
1. Visit the official website of Cluster University.
2. Visit the admission section and read all the instructions carefully.
3. The candidate should Register and login with the Username and Password provided to the registered Email Id.
4. Fill the application form with the required Academic/ Graduation details.
5. The applicant will need to upload the recent passport size photograph, signature, and relevant documents.
6. Select the preferred courses you wish to apply for.
7. Pay the application fees Online using Debit/ Credit Card or Net Banking.
8. Appear for the CLUJET exam if the preferred course requires its score for admission
9. Attend the university counselling, with a demand draft of Rs. 8000/- in favour of the Registrar, Cluster University of Jammu, as the Counselling fee (adjustable in the course fee).
10. Fill-in the choices of your preferred college or university department.
11. You will be allotted the course and college on the basis of CLUJET exam score and/or qualifying exam merit, whatever applicable for the course applied for.
12. Report to the allotted college or university department for further document verification and admission process.
Documents Required for Admission:
1. Diploma/Class 10th Marksheet and Passing Certificate
2. Class 12th Marksheet and Provisional/Passing Certificate
3. Graduation Marksheets and Degree Certificate (For PG)
4. Latest Character Certificate issued either by the principal of the school last attended or First Class Gazetted Officer.
5. Category Certificate issued by the Competent Authority.
6. Migration Certificate/Transfer Certificate from Boards other than J&K Board.
7..Two copies of the latest passport size photographs.
8..Copy of candidate’s Bank passbook/Bank details
9. Affidavit for candidates passing 12th other than JKBOSE
10. Anti Ragging Affidavit
11. Affidavit for candidates with Gap in studies (if applicable)
12. Affidavit for candidates seeking admission under Reserved Category (if applicable)
13. Certificate of being a member of the socially and educationally backward class (if applicable)
14. Certificate to being child of Defence Personnel or Ex-Serviceman (if applicable)
15. Affidavit for candidate seeking admission under Single Girl Child category (if applicable)
16. Affidavit for candidates seeking admission under Achievement Category (if applicable)
