Actuarial common Entrance test (ACET) - Registration Process and Official Link

Registration process:
  • Kindly Sign up or login
  • Students are advised to use a desktop/laptop for registration. Please do not use a Mobile phone for registration.
  • You can change your centre in your login, any time on or before 17th February 2023 up to 3.00 PM only
  • It is mandatory to upload your passport-size photograph as per the mentioned specification. You will receive a confirmation email, in case your uploaded photograph is up to the mark, or else you will be receiving a rejection email asking you to re-upload.
  • Select the Examination centre which you wish to appear from the drop-down list. (Confirmation of the Exam Centre is subject to a minimum number of registrations from that centre. The confirmation of your registration will be sent to you by email)
  • On filling up the Online Registration Form, you will receive a confirmation mail at your registered email id giving you the link to proceed further by giving other details, uploading your photograph and making payment of registration fees by Debit or Credit Card or Internet Banking.
  • In case you do not receive the confirmation email, kindly get in touch with us at acet@actuariesindia.org.
  • After successful registration, you will be able to download the Welcome Kit of one Sample Question Paper, Indicative Solution from your login download tab using the same id and password you had used for online ACET registration.
  • You will also receive an e-mail at your registered e-mail address confirming your registration and successful payment.(Inform us immediately, at acet@actuariesindia.org in case, you do not receive it).
  • All correspondence will be and has to be done through your registered email id.
  • Ensure to print your Hall Ticket and carry along with Government-issued photo Id proof (Aadhaar card, Driving License, Passport, Voter ID card or PAN card), in original (Hard Copy) with you during the Examination, if you fail to do so you will not be allowed to appear the examination. In the case12th-classless students, they can carry a 12th-class examination Hall Ticket or examination. In the case of 12th-class students, they can carry a 12th-class examination Hall Ticket or college ID card having a photo duly attested in the original. College ID card having a photo duly attested in original.
Do's:
  • Upload your recent standard passport size photograph (4.5 cm length x 3.5 cm width) in colour
  • Background of the photograph should be plain white and the dress should be in dark colour
  • Photograph should fit within the given box
  • Frontal view of the full face should be visible in the photograph
  • Print of the photograph should be clear and with a continuous-tone quality
  • Expression of the face should be natural (no grinning, frowning or raised eyebrows)
  • Eyes must be open and both edges of face must be clearly visible
  • The minimum photo resolution should be 150px *150px. Maximum photo size should not be more than 1MB to be saved only in (.png, .jpg, .bmp, .jpeg, .gif, .raw) format
  • Head should be in the centre of the frame and both ears should be visible
Dont's:
  • Do not upload black and white photographs
  • Photograph with dark background or in uniform, or with eyes hidden under coloured or dark glasses will not be accepted
  • Photograph is NOT to be signed
  • Distracting shadows on the face or on the background should not be there
  • Eyes must not be covered by hair.
  • Glares on eyeglasses should be avoided with a slight upward or downward tilt of the head
  • Photograph should not be damaged, for example: torn, creased, or marked
  • Head coverings are not permitted except for religious reasons, but the facial features from the bottom of the chin to the top of the forehead and both edges of the face must be clearly visible
  • Photographs cut from group photographs are not acceptable
