How To Apply

The online application form is available on website sandipuniversity.edu.in. The same may be filled online and submitted on or before the last date.

Application Instructions

Please ensure your eligibility before applying for Programme. The Application Processing fees once paid by the candidates will not be refunded, in any case if they are found ineligible for the applied Programmeme.
Candidates must ensure that application is complete in all respects, including fees payment. The incomplete application or application without necessary attachments may not be considered.
Applications received after the due date will not be considered and the application processing fees paid will not be refunded.

Certificates/Documents to be Enclosed

Candidates should append the attested photocopies of certificates and other documents as mentioned below.

  • SSC or Equivalent Certificate.
  • 10+2/HSC Certificate.
  • UG Degree Certificates.
  • PG Degree Certificates
  • UG Statement of marks for all the Semester/Years.
  • PG Statement of marks for all the Semester/Years.
  • Certificate/ Mark sheet of additional examinations
  • Transfer Certificate from the Institution last attended.
  • Caste Certificate and Validity certificate.
  • Character/Conduct Certificate from the Institution last attended.
  • One-page write-up about the proposed area of research
  • Copies of Research Paper Publications, if any.
  • Photocopy of Identity Proof (AADHAR CARD/PAN CARD)
  • M.Phil., UGC-NET, JRF, UGC-CSIR, SLET, GATE, CAT etc
  • No Objection Certificate from Employer
  • Experience Certificates
  • Migration Certificate
Application Fee & Mode of Payment

Rs.750 for SC/ST/Female Candidate & Rs.1500 for others.

The application fee shall be paid online through NET banking, Debit Card, Credit Card and other modes as appears.

Ph.D. Entrance Test
  • Venue: O-Building, Sandip University Campus, Nashik
  • Part-I: Research Methodology, 50 MCQs (50 Marks)
  • Part-II: Discipline specific, such as civil engineering, chemistry, law, physics …etc., 50 MCQs (50 Marks)
  • Total: 100 Marks
